Not every young person who needs mentoring has a family who can afford to pay for it, and not every family is able to access appropriate funding. Sponsorship gives local businesses the opportunity to help remove that barrier and make consistent, one-to-one mentoring available.

Your support can help give a young person access to a trusted adult who takes the time to understand them, find what sparks their interest and help them build confidence, engagement and momentum.

This isn't simply about sponsoring a service. It's about investing in a young person and helping create a stronger local community.

Some young people become disconnected from education, lose confidence or struggle to see a positive way forward. A consistent, trusted adult can give them someone who listens, encourages them and helps them recognise their strengths.
